At a time when interests in food waste and alcohol-free products as sweeping the food and beverage industries, Lowlander released a non-alcoholic botanically brewed citrus beer that's made with reclaimed citrus fruit peels. While there are countless citrus beer products that are introduced each year, this beer approaches waste reduction in a way that unites the food and beverage industries.

Lowlander's 0.00 % WIT beer couldn't have been created without PeelPioneers, as the ctirus beer was created from the oranges and lemons thar are discarded by bars and restaurants. The bright and refreshing alcohol-free beer is said to pair well with seafood and spicy food.

While many alcohol-free products are now being shared, most of them boast 0.5% ABV—Lowlander took it upon itself to create what it calls "a true alcohol-free expression."
