Estrella Damm 0.0% has been announced by the Spanish brewery as a premium, alcohol-free take on its signature beer to accommodate for the rising segment of consumers who are embracing low and no-alcohol refreshments.

The beer leverages the brand's prowess with brewing conventional beer and starts off with a natural fermentation with a special yeast. The alcohol is then removed following the fermentation through an advanced vacuum distillation method that allows the libation to maintain its aromatic components and profile. This helps to set the beer apart from the competition, which can sometimes lose its flavor through processing.

UK Managing Director Luke White spoke on the Estrella Damm 0.0% saying, "We have been able to lean on our technological expertise to bring the taste of the Mediterranean to the UK at 0.0%, providing consumers with more choices, including draught options."
