Tokyo's Kit Kat Museum Explores Confections from 1973 to Present

— September 21, 2016 — Marketing
Alongside the Kit Kat Chocolatory Store and the new 'Below Freezing Chocolatory' that are both stationed in Japan, Kit Kat launched a pop-up chocolate museum.

The 'Kit Kat Museum' in Tokyo, Japan offers an exploration of the brand's chocolate treats from 1973 to present-day, including special collaborations and 18 rare flavors. At this hybrid museum-shop, chocolate lovers are able to purchase a variety of the chocolate wafers for enjoyment on the spot or as a takeaway treat. The entire pop-up supports the release of the all-new 'Everyday Luxury Kit Kat' flavor, which is one of the first nationwide releases from the company in a number of years.

IKEA, HMV and Volkswagen are a few of the other big-name companies that have opened branded museums around the world.
