The Cadbury x Premier League Chocolate Football has been unveiled as the latest product from the partnership that offers consumers a way to enjoy a specially branded indulgence and get involved in the gaming action.
The chocolate soccer ball comes individually wrapped in a Premier League-branded box that is emblazoned with a QR code on the front that will enable consumers to access a digital game. Players will have 15 chances to score against the goalkeeper in order to gain a top score and be listed on the leader's board.
Brand Executive for Seasonal Chocolate at Mondelēz International Kelly Lawrence spoke on the new Cadbury x Premier League Chocolate Football saying, "Football was the most searched-for term on Google in the UK last year, and more than 14 million people attended a Premier League game last season. This product really taps into this big and growing consumer audience.”
