Upcycled Napkin Cargo Pants

Designer Nicole McLaughlin Has Created Chipotle Napkin Cargo Pants

Chipotle has long been known for prioritizing sustainability, buts the new Chipotle Napkin Cargo Pants take that concept to a whole new level.

Chipotle recently teamed up with upcycle designer Nicole McLaughlin on a very unique fashion project. Inspired by a meme from June 2021, McLaughlin worked with the famous fast casual brand to create a pair of cargo pants out of the signature beige napkins you find at all Chipotle stores. Not only are the pants wearable, but they also function just like real cargo pants, with a zipper across the thigh that allows you to convert your pair into shorts.

The Chipotle Napkin Cargo Pants are just the latest effort from the brand to showcase its dedication to sustainability. As Chipotle's Chief Marketing Officer, Chris Brandt, explains, "With our commitment to sustainable food and fashion, Nicole was the perfect partner to help us bring the ‘Napkin Cargo Pants’ to life tastefully and responsibly."
