Chenzi is bringing a traditional Chinese dish—potato balls—to the United States in a convenient frozen format that cooks up quickly in five to eight minutes. Dropping in Veggie, Chicken and Pork varieties, the versatile Chenzi Potato Balls can be boiled or steamed, added to soups or savored on their own. In the Veggie Potato Ball flavor, Chenzi includes a filling of napa cabbage, mushroom, carrot, green onion, tofu, and ginger, plus mushroom powder, salt and white pepper.

Chenzi's potato balls and dumplings share some similarities in that they're sold frozen, savory and wrapped with dough, but while dumplings use wheat flour wrappers and have a soft bite, the brand's potato balls are naturally gluten-free thanks to their potato-based wrapper and bounce like mochi when bitten.
