New York pizzeria Bleeker Street Pizza decided to commemorate the Pope's visit to New York City with a cheese pizza decorated with a portrait of His Holiness. The pizza portrait is incredibly detailed and is entirely edible.
Whenever the Pope comes to town he stirs up quite a crowd as hundreds of thousands wait patiently to catch a glimpse of his presence. Bleeker Street Pizza in New York City's West Village commemorated the Pope's arrival with a cheese pizza covered with veggies, sauces and meats to replicate him. The pizza features the Pope's face made out of sauce topped with anchovies and olives to create facial features. His white gown is made from cheese decorated with colorful veggie embellishments alongside a staff made from more fishy anchovies.
