Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana, also known simply as Pepe's Pizza, created an exclusive new pizza for the spring season, aptly dubbed 'The Spring Special.'
According to Jennifer Bimonte-Kelly, granddaughter of founder Frank Pepe, The Spring Special was specifically created to "capture the essence of spring, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that leave lasting impressions on our guests." The exclusive new pie features a delicious blend of juicy roasted tomatoes, rich mozzarella cheese, crunchy bacon, and fresh spinach. The whole thing is then finished with grated Pecorino Romano and a drizzle of olive oil.
The brand even created a new Italian sangria called Vino Dulce, that pairs perfectly with the springtime pizzas. The drink is made from a delicious blend of premium red and white wine, along with sweet natural fruit juices.
