Gia's Cheesorizo appeals to vegetarians and omnivores alike with its grilling cheese blocks, which are branded as 'CheeseSteaks.' These blocks are made with the same curd as the brand's Cheesorizo Original Cheese Sausage but they are pressed, cooled and sliced, and in some cases marinated.
As well as being offered in the form of a classic Simply Plain Cheesorizo CheeseSteak, the brand's products are also shared in Ginger Teriyaki and Souther BBQ varieties that can be prepared in a wide variety of ways. These grilling cheeses have the potential to complement everything from noodle dishes and burgers to stir-fry meals, adding plenty of texture and a new, non-melting take on cheese.
As many people are purchasing low-carb and whole dairy products, cooking cheeses are becoming all the more interesting to North American consumers.
