To inspire ease and joy in the lives of consumers this holiday season, Marks & Spencer launched a chatbot on Facebook Messenger called the 'Christmas Concierge.'
With the bot, Facebook users are abele to opt in to receive daily videos, GIFs, images and tips to inspire them to make Christmas even better. For the convenience of users, the Christmas Concierge makes it possible to set a specific time each day to receive content, and tailor it to food, home or both. With the bot's help, users are also able to browse and shop a variety of curated items.
Marks & Spencer's Christmas Concierge chatbot was created as part of the Creative Shop Christmas Hackathon from Facebook to show how the capabilities of Messenger could be leveraged for the holiday season.
