Avery Thatcher, the founder of Juju Papers, is expanding her business with ultra-colorful patterned cement tile designs. The new venture boasts a collection with a quirky and adorable name — 'Fruit Salad.' The offerings come in four distinct versions and are exceptionally easy to install. In addition, the cement tile designs harbor the opportunity for customization as consumers are able to visualize the placement of each hexagonal shape and match or mismatch the colors. The result is a unique pattern that will be exclusive to the space, where Juju Paper's creations are.
Fruit Salad boasts "hydraulic pressed handmade cement [...] tiles," which are also encaustic. As Avery Thatcher was previously a tile installer, the venture into the world of design-friendly flooring is really no surprise.
