In an effort to cater to the growing number of consumers limiting their intake of carbs or following specialty diets such as keto and paleo, Pei Wei has debuted a new Spicy Cauliflower Polynesian Poke Bowl.

Pei Wei's new Spicy Cauliflower Polynesian Poke Bow is a flavorful seafood dish that features spicy tuna and ahi poke. However, instead of the white rice traditionally used to make poke bowls, the Spicy Cauliflower Polynesian Poke Bow is served with a bed of Pei Wei’s new low-carb and veggie-rich cauliflower rice. The bowl also contains heritage mixed greens, crispy shallots, slices of fresh avocado, slivered cucumbers, pickled ginger, fresh cilantro, and some spicy sambal chile sauce.
