The unit is engineered to reach a peak temperature of 430-degrees Celsius, as its name suggests, which will replicate the intensity of a traditional brick oven. The system delivers this level of heat thanks to its 2200W heating system that will bake authentic 12-inch pizzas in just two-minutes.
The CASO Design PizzaChef 430 is equipped with a digital control interface for allow for seamless operation and has eight automatic programs for baking all kinds of pizzas. The unit is also rated for outdoor use in sheltered spaces.
