Casa BM in Italy is a Residential Project by Errante Architetture

— January 14, 2026 — Art & Design
Casa BM is a private family residence in Italy designed by Errante Architetture that responds to its sloping hillside site with a stepped composition of interconnected volumes. The plan organizes living spaces across multiple levels, allowing each principal room to benefit from natural light and panoramic views toward the surrounding landscape. Terraces and exterior circulation pathways extend the interior functions outward, creating a sequence of indoor–outdoor connections that reinforce the home’s relationship with its setting.

The building’s material palette combines robust, locally sourced stone with refined, smooth surfaces to balance texture and visual coherence across façades. Structural elements such as retaining walls and cantilevered slabs are expressed clearly, defining shifts in program while anchoring the residence into the terrain. Interior spaces are arranged to promote functional clarity, with transitions between public and private zones articulated through changes in volume and material.
