Ring officially launches its new Car Cam, which is setting up pre-orders currently. The camera joins its ongoing roster of security surveillance technology. It has a small design and attached to the cantilever arm that is on the car's dashboard, propping it up to the correct height.
There are two cameras on the device -- once of which is able to capture the interior of the car. The other side faces outward to the front-facing window to capture any incidents for insurance purposes. The sensors are part of the design -- once it is triggered then starts recording and alerts users through the Ring app to show what is going on. Similar to its previous devices, there is both a microphone and a speaker.
