The Canon 6D is one of the camera brand's most successful and popular models, but the new Canon 6D Mark II still manages to bring impressive upgrades over the original model. The new version of the full frame camera has better specs in virtually every category, giving 6D owners the incentive to upgrade and those on the market for a capable DSLR a competitive option.
The Canon 6D Mark II comes with a 26.2-megapixel CMOS sensor and a DIGIC 7 image processor. These combine to offer photographers specs like high-end ISO of 40,000 for excellent performance in low light. It can also shoot at 6.5 frames per second, with a maximum run of 21 frames for RAW images and 150 frames for JPEG images. The swiveling LCD screen on the camera's back is now a touch screen, providing more menu options and an easier user interface.
