Second Chance Beer Company marked its eight anniversary with the launch of a delicious new West Coast IPA in the form of 'Dawg Daze.'

This particular West Coast IPA was brewed using a trio of hops of the Mosaic, Strata and Citra varieties and comes in at six percent ABV (alcohol-by-volume). Created as part of a collaborative effort in conjunction with the Artifex Brewing Company, this beer was announced at a launch event that raised money for the benefit of dog rescue organizations.

Virginia Morrison, the CEO and co-founder over at the Second Chance Beer Company, shared her belief that this particular West Coast IPA is a contender to be the greatest creation to emerge from the stellar work of the company's brewmaster Marty Mendiola. “It was a labor of love for him, as is every Second Chance beer, but this one is extra special because it celebrates an important milestone for the brewery as a whole and the professional and personal growth of all the individuals who have made Second Chance so successful all these years," Morrison stated.
