360training Acquires Canadian Food Safety Group Assets

360training announced its acquisition of select assets from Canadian Food Safety Group, including the established SafeCheck® Learning and SafeCheck Safety® brands. This move marks a strategic expansion of its footprint in the Canadian compliance training market.

The acquisition of Canadian Food Safety Group assets brings under 360training's umbrella an organization that has issued nearly 900,000 food safety certifications since 1999 and is recognized for delivering provincially approved training programs tailored to the distinct regulatory requirements that vary across Canadian provinces. By integrating these brands and their proprietary course content, 360training enhances its existing Food & Beverage portfolio, which already serves the U.S. market through brands like Learn2Serve® and TIPS®.

The acquisition is positioned to combine Canadian Food Safety Group's deep provincial knowledge with 360training's scalable technology platform.
