Inspired by fairy tales, the C'est Chouette lamp is a whimsical light fixture that, in addition to shedding a soft glow, provides a constant companionship in the form of an ethereal owl. It is almost as though this decorative lamp has emerged from an enchanted forest. Crafted out of white porcelain, it is a modern interpretation of a bird cage or, more appropriately, a tree hole home.
Designed by Quarch Atelier, a group of young designers in Milan, Italy, the C'est Chouette lamp is comprised of two parts: the bulbous "cage" and the owl light diffuser. It is fit for both adults and children.
The C'est Chouette lamp is set to debut at the 2012 International Furniture Fair.
