— June 19, 2025 — Art & Design
Set to open in 2030, the Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi will be located on a private, horseshoe-shaped island extending the city’s iconic Corniche. Accessible via a bespoke bridge or by sea, the retreat is designed to offer a refined sense of arrival while preserving its atmosphere of exclusivity and seclusion.

The project will feature a luxury resort comprising 60 rooms and suites alongside 30 elegantly appointed villas, each oriented to showcase sweeping views of the sea, city skyline, or serene inlets. Anchoring the development are 90 private mansions, distinguished by tailored landscape design and a seamless fusion of Italian sophistication and Arabian architectural heritage.

Renowned Milan-based studio LAND SRL will oversee the landscape vision, crafting an environment that evolves from structured geometries to organic natural forms. The design pays homage to both Italian garden artistry and regional cultural motifs, positioning the property as a pinnacle of integrated luxury design.
