The Maison Margiela Residences Will Open in Palm Jumeirah

The Maison Margiela Residences have been announced as a new partnership between the fashion house and Alta Real Estate Development that's expected to catch the attention of fashion-forward individuals.

The residences will be situated in Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and will consist of 24 bespoke luxury units. The living spaces will feature architecture and design conceptualized by Maison Margiela with Italian architecture Carlo Colombo, which includes a number of deconstructed accents, trompe-l'oeil details and more.

Managing Director of Alta Real Estate Development Abdulla Al Tayer commented on the Maison Margiela Residences saying, "Partnering with Maison Margiela allows us to push the boundaries of design and redefine luxury living in Dubai. These residences will be a testament to creativity, craftsmanship, and individuality."
