KARL LAGERFELD Residences Lisboa is a luxury apartment development that brings the fashion house's design aesthetic to Portugal through a branded residential project in Lisbon. Developed by Overseas and designed by The One Atelier under the direction of Andrea Boschetti, the 11-story building comprises 10 residences starting at 234 square meters. A sculptural V-shaped façade draws inspiration from Bauhaus architecture and incorporates Karl Lagerfeld's signature red gradient, while interiors by Karl Lagerfeld Maison feature brushed steel, lacquer, Via Láctea stone, and Grigio wood finishes throughout the apartments.
Located on Rua Braamcamp near Avenida da Liberdade, the development includes concierge services, private parking, and a dedicated wellness floor with a sauna, steam room, heated pool, gym, and emotional shower. The swimming pool features an underwater sound system inspired by Karl Lagerfeld's home in Biarritz.
