While there are a lot of mixed reviews when it comes to the redesign of the largest photo-sharing social media platform, most of it can be chocked up to the fact that people are not good with change. Although simpler and way more colorful than people have become accustomed to, the use of a rainbow-like gradient is quite beautiful. When it comes to Instagram itself, they mood they are portraying is one that is youthful and highly visual, which is its target demographic in general.
