Chicago's Lou Malnati's Pizzeria and Franks RedHot teamed up to introduce the BuffaLou Chicken Pizza, a limited-time menu item that blends Lou Malnati's homemade ranch dressing and Frank's RedHot's Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce. This sauce with a kick, cut with the coolness of ranch, is made from scratch daily in-house and used as the saucy base for the pizza, followed by classic toppings like Wisconsin mozzarella cheese, premium all-white meat chicken and fresh parsley.
