Brooklyn Cured Introduces New Pork-Free Charcuterie Products

New York-based cured meats company Brooklyn Cured is revealing two new additions to its iconic product lines. These new products avoid pork to provide more options for customers seeking beef-based charcuterie additions. Among the new products are the Genoa Beef Salami & Provolone and the Beef Pepperoni & Mozzarella, which serve as extensions of the Snack Pack line. The brand is also unveiling bulk Smoked Beef Salami and bulk Tuscan Red Wine Beef Salami, now sold at around 2lbs each.

“The truth is, there just aren’t enough pork-free deli options out there.” Milani said. “We heard not just consumers but retailers in their quest for high quality, tasty beef salami and brought two of our top selling pre-sliced options to the bulk deli category.”
