Named after the Russian word for shark, the Ginetta Akula comes fitted with a hefty, 6.0-liter V8 engine that is capable of generating a maximum of 600 brake horsepower, allowing the vehicle to attain a rip-roaring top speed of 322 km/h. Engine efficiency aside, the vehicle's blistering speed can also be attributed to its light weight of only 1,150 kilograms.
