You might have heard of steak and eggs before, and you may also have heard of breakfast bruschetta. However, this food blogger combined the two into one protein-packed meal. Courtney of Fork to Belly created the dish using leftover steak after adapting a recipe from Ashley at Baker by Nature.
To make your own Steak and Eggs Breakfast Bruschetta at home, you will need delicious ingredients such as fresh baguette, goat cheese, tomato, steak, kale and two poached eggs. The tomato and kale are coated in olive oil and baked, where as the baguette is nice and toasty. Even if you don't have leftover steak on hand, this recipe looks so good it's worth creating just for the sake of it.
