The latest Boston juice bar to launch in the city's burgeoning juice scene is a vibrantly painted food truck. The mobile juice bar, called Boston Projuice, has launched with an initial breakfast and lunch schedule that will see them making stops in many of the city's food truck hot spots.
The exciting new venture is the first in the city to apply the food truck model to an organic juice bar, two relevant healthy food movements that are sure to converge elsewhere. The Boston Projuice truck boasts a nutritious and appetite-inspiring menu that of course includes kale chips. The selection of juices ranges from red juices featuring beets and apples to green smoothies infused with chia seeds and spinach. Boston Projuice is also armed with a bevy of add-ins, like Goji berries, Cinnamon, Maca, Spirulina and more, so customization will give you lots of additional off menu options.
