Sculptural Furniture Collections

The Bone, Roll, Slump is a Sculptural Furniture Collection

The Bone, Roll, Slump is a furniture collection by British designer Faye Toogood comprising seating, tables, shelving, and bedside furniture shaped by organic forms. The Bone series includes dining chairs and oak tables inspired by knucklebones and fossils, while Roll introduces nightstands, a console, and shelving with curved timber profiles produced through digital machining and hand-finishing. Slump completes the collection with low-slung lounge chairs upholstered in gathered leather over rounded seats and offered with steel legs or industrial-style castors.

The collection combines oak, walnut, ash, leather, wool, coconut husk, latex, and bouclé across its different furniture typologies. The Bone chairs feature curved oak frames with layered cushioning beneath textured upholstery, while the matching tables incorporate circular cut-outs referencing traditional timber joinery. The Roll pieces emphasize continuous wood grain across their curved forms, and the Slump chairs introduce deeply dimpled upholstery.
