Tavern-Style Glassware Showrooms

Gustav Winsth Designs the Bobo Showroom in Stockholm

Swedish designer Gustav Winsth has unveiled a look at the design created for Bobo, a glassware company. The new showroom is imagined by the designer with color-coded terrazzo beer and negroni taps as one of its standout components. The minimal design approach by Winsth aimed to create the feeling of being in a tavern, creating a showroom that doubles as a bar for the locals as well.

It is created with Max Stjerna and detailed by the stained MDF panels to reflect the classic wooden skirting usually seen at traditional pubs. Winsth explains the design further to Dezeen, noting "The table serves as the showroom's centrepiece. The wheels adds mobility to accommodate shifts between events and daily use. The lights cast a soft, organic glow, contrasting the sharp surroundings and adding warmth and texture."
