Immersive Boba Tea Shops

Worc Designs the Yoozoo Shop in Mexico City with a Glowing Design

Mexican design firm Worc designed the Yoozoo shop in Mexico City. It is defined by its polycarbonate walls and unique lighting to form an immersive sensory experience. The boba tea shop uses the walls as a light diffuser to play with both natural and artificial light.

When entering the space, visitors are met with a hallway that connects to the ordering area and the end of the passage has a private seating space. Worc spoke more on the design notion, stating "The idea was to deliver an absolutely unexpected space. This final space, which is never visible at any point from the corridor, suddenly reveals itself in a spacious and welcoming spirit that disconnects you from the busy street."
