These blueberry streusel muffins are a delicious and filling way to incorporate seasonal fruits into a daily snack that will help with those mid-afternoon cravings. Adapted from a Domino Sugar recipe and a hit on the Food 52 blog, the batch makes nine muffins and requires a bit of extra work for the streusel.
To make the muffins, one will need to acquire flour, salt, baking powder, lemon powder, egg, dark brown sugar, plain yogurt, vegetable oil, milk and some fresh blueberries. In regards to the streusel portion, one requires melted butter, dark brown sugar, flour and cinnamon.
