The muffins start off with the brand's proprietary gluten-free flour blend alongside sour cream and buttermilk to give them a soft, moist crumb in every bite. The muffins are mixed with cinnamon chips and a golden cinnamon streusel to further increase the sweet, spiced flavor profile.

Antonina's Gluten-Free Bakery Gluten-Free Cinnamon Chip Muffins come in resealable clamshell packaging with four servings in each and are baked in a gluten-free facility. The product is certified gluten-fre by the GFCO, while also having no peanuts, tree nuts, soy or GMOs in the recipe. The product is soled in full cases, half cases and quarter cases, and can be ready to enjoy in just 30-minutes after being thawed if frozen.
