This Antonina’s Gluten-Free Bakery range is a new series of individually wrapped bakery goods that will offer consumers a few way to enjoy a sweet treat with a free-from recipe.
The products within the range include muffins in Triple Chocolate, Cinnamon Chip, Chocolate Chip and Lemon Poppy Seed, while the brownies come in Double Chocolate. The products are all crafted in a gluten-free facility and are thus Certified Gluten-Free and Kosher, while also having no nuts, peanuts, artificial flavors, artificial colors or preservatives. The products ship frozen and have a 270-day shelf life to accommodate retailers seeking to fresh treats for longer.
