If you love yogurt parfaits, you can now enjoy one in a boozy beverage formay with this blueberry cocktail. Dupped the Prenup, the recipe is a version of a signature drink from Miami restaurant Red Ginger posted by their beverage director Marko Tomovic. The simple libation is also easy to put together, even if you are not an experienced mixologist, cocktail crafter or bartender.
To make this yogurt and blueberry cocktail at home, whether at breakfast or for dinner, you will need blueberries, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, Greek yogurt, gin and dry vermouth. For garnish, you can put some extra berries on a toothpick and serve in a fancy martini-style coupe glass. You'll also need a cocktail shaker and ice.
