Earlier this year, Medlee Foods expanded its popular line of seasoned dairy butters to include a tangy new Blue Cheese Butter. Made with handmade blue cheese that's been cave-aged for over 90 days, this butter is bursting with cheesy flavor.
Medlee Foods is known for its innovative butter varieties, which include flavors such as Red Pepper, Basil Pesto, Lemon Herb, and Garlic Parm. The brand's newest product is a Blue Cheese Butter, which combines sweet cream-based butter, extra virgin olive oil, real blue cheese, shallots, and other seasonings. The butter is then packaged in perfectly portioned dollops so consumers can easily add the cheesy butter to their favorite dishes.
