With a machine that's capable of freezing spirits, wine and beer up to 76°F colder than regular ice cubes, Beyond Zero is redefining what it means to have a cold drink. The machine requires liquid alcohol be poured into it, which is then frozen in the form of cubes. In this process, the ethanol is removed, leaving behind only a rich flavor.
Appealing to bars and restaurants, Beyond Zero offers full-size and single-serving size units. As far as how this machine keeps up with demand, the machine is capable of quickly churning out alcohol cubes through the day and night as needed.
