Free Plant-Based Burgers

Beyond Meat is Offering Free Burgers to Beach Walkers in Toronto

Beyond Meat has announced a new Earth Month promotion in Toronto where it will be giving free Beyond Burgers to walkers on the Woodbine Beach trail. Beyond Meat is calling this pop-up experience an "eco-friendly drive-thru," as the location is accessible by walking, biking, skating, and rollerblading. When visitors attend this drive-thru, they will be able to order an Original Beyond Burger at no cost.

This promotion is intended to generate attention for eco-friendly food choices and transportation choices simultaneously. By placing its drive-thru location at a walkway rather than a road, and offering plant-based meats, the brand is continuing its nationwide campaign to raise awareness for the importance of sustainable food habits.

Beyond Meat's original Beyond Burgers fight climate change by producing 90% less greenhouse gas emissions, using 99% less water, requiring 93% less land, and consuming 43% less energy when compared to real beef products.
