Arby's New Smokehouse Beef Short Rib Sandwich is a Meat Lover's Dream

In keeping with its longtime commitment to celebrate meat in every form, Arby's has debuted a new Smokehouse Beef Short Rib Sandwich that is fit for a carnivore. With many chains hopping on the vegetarian train, the new sandwich offers meat eaters a welcome reprieve from salad and grain bowls.

The new Smokehouse Beef Short Rib Sandwich is a new menu item meant to showcase the addition of smoked beef short rib and Texas toast to Arby's menu. The sandwich itself consists of pulled beef short ribs that have been smoked a minimum of six hours and then topped with crispy-fried onions, cheddar cheese, and BBQ sauce. The whole thing is serve on two fluffy slices of Texas toast, for a hearty meal.

Those with bigger appetites can also enjoy the new Smoke Mountain, which takes the same ingredients and adds smoked ham and beef brisket into the mix.
