Quirky Cloaked Partitions

The Barrier Separator Can Enclose or Open Spaces Without Being Moved

Room dividers are great for isolating areas, especially where permanent walls are unwanted. Most, however, require a bit of muscle to move them, should you wish to open spaces up again temporarily.

The Barrier Separator provides an easy solution. Designer Thomas Schnur manufactured his wireframe products to take the forms of a square and a rectangle with three legs each in metal tubing. The empty shapes act as windows between one part of a floor plan and another, creating only the suggestion of division between zones for different activities.

Should you want more of a visual obstruction, the Barrier Separator can be swathed in a cloth of black or gray. These fabric covers fit snugly over the round-cornered structures to assert a tidy and minimalist appeal.
