The Savory Banana & Nuts Trek Mix is made with Green Saba bananas from The Philippines, which tend to be less sweet thn ripe bananas. These fruits are thinly sliced and cooked in coconut oil to create a chip-like consistency before they are paired with cashews and pecans.

The banana and whole nut snack is finished off with umami seasonings like coconut aminos, sea salt, paprika, turmeric, onion powder and garlic powder, which come together to share a different flavor experience than most fruit and nut snacks that are naturally sweet.
