Breakfast in a bacon cone, could it get any better? The ‘Bacone’ is this year’s winner of the Judges’ Choice award this year at Bacon Camp in San Francisco.
With the help of wire forms, some tin foil and a deep fryer the Bacone materializes. It’s like a breakfast ice cream cone.
Once the fried and crispy cone of bacon is formed, it’s filled with scrambled eggs, cheese and hash browned potatoes. Then it’s covered in gravy and topped with a biscuit…breakfast bliss!
