If you could enjoy the taste of bacon without worrying about the calories or fat content, you would try to infuse its flavor into everything, and that's where bacon whiskey comes in. There are certain foods that are so scrumptious but are super high in their caloric count, which sadly leaves them on a list of indulgent foods most only occasionally splurge on, and bacon is one of them.
Now, with a process called Nitrogen Cavitation or Nitrogen Infusions, it's possible to get only the flavor of a certain food without the calories. So what would be more logical than whiskey bacon?
All you need is a Nitrogen (N20) charger. Place the bacon and whiskey in the charger and let it absorb for about 15 minutes, then freeze it for 5 minutes to get it a little bit chilled. Finally, strain the extra bacon bits out and enjoy a nice cold glass of bacon whiskey.
