For those that love beer, bacon and pancakes comes the Beer and Bacon 'Mancakes.' These pancakes are very simple to make and will be a hit at any breakfast or brunch.
To prepare this recipe, you need 1/2 pound of bacon (8 slices), 1/3 cups of packed brown sugar, 2 cups of Bisquick mix, 1 cup of beer and 2 eggs. Start off by heating your oven at 350 degree Farenheit; line a cookie sheet with foi and arrange your bacon in a single layer on the top of the sheet/rack; bake for ten minutes.
Heat you griddle or skillet at 375 degrees Farenheit and grease with oil. Mix Bisquick, beer and eggs and add that alongside the bacon into the pan. Cook until the edges are brown then flip. Enjoy.
