A partnership between Bacardi and Virgin Atlantic has seen the creation of a new virtual reality experience for customers visiting the airline's upper class lounge. The immersive cocktail experience was created in collaboration with Virgin Atlantic and the Bacardi Global Travel Retail division.
The luxurious virtual reality experience, available to passengers with access to the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse lounges, promises to take individuals to the "best bars in the world" via the VR headset as they enjoy the cocktail itself. Bacardi has curated a variety of cocktails for the experience, which each originated at one of the world-class bars the brand has selected. The experience features a view into the bar of origin in order to watch the bartender mixing the cocktail.
