"Soaring high in the sky, he may be small but only in size. Astro Boy, Astro Boy, He is brave and gentle and wise!"

Those of you born before 1990 may be feeling a little nostalgic right now. That’s because Astro Boy, the little android who taught us how to love, and how to kick robot butt, is finally back.

Summit Entertainment has finally released the trailer for the upcoming "Astro Boy" film. And it looks awesome. The movie features voices from Nicholas Cage, Donald Sutherland, and Kristin Bell, with Freddie Highmore providing the voice of Astro himself.

While Astro Boy may look like a child, this youthful robot is a pioneer of the anime genre. Created in 1952 by Manga daddy Osamu Tezuka, Astro Boy has played a huge role in defining the pop culture appeal of anime in the west.

So we couldn’t be more excited about the theatrical release of "Astro Boy" on October 23. Share in Astro’s exciting adventures again as he helps us to remember that we’re all robot children at heart.
