Marin French Cheese Co.'s Petite Boo Ash-Coated Brie is a Seasonal Treat

At the upcoming 2023 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, Marin French Cheese Co. will be previewing a new seasonal item: Petite Boo Ash-Coated Brie. This new seasonal product from Marin French Cheese Co.’s Specialty Collection was inspired by Halloween and it takes the form of a triple crème brie enrobed in vegetable ash with a paste that gets its festive color from the addition of annatto.

This Petite Ash-inspired cheese is now available for pre-order and it will be making its way to stores as of the fall. This unique seasonal cheese promises to elevate snacking experiences at home, as well as entertaining occasions and cheese boards. Additionally, it has the potential to be paired with everything from hot chocolate to candy corn.
