Adobe's Art Action Figure is a Toy for Ad Industry Members

Rather than advertising its Adobe Stock photo service in a conventional way, Adobe launched an art action figure that captures the essence of the 'Hovering Art Director.'

The hipster-inspired toy from Adobe is being launched as "the ultimate designer toy for the ad industry," and features geometric tattoos, sneakers, skinny jeans and a hand that's clutching a takeaway coffee cup. The motion-activated art action figurine speaks 19 humorous phrases that those in the industry will have heard before, including everything from "Just make it pop," to "Trust me, you’ll thank me when we’re in Cannes."

Adult-targeted art action figures are becoming quite prevalent across the collectible toy industry. Other examples include figurines modeled after painter Vincent van Gogh, the Vitruvian Man and famous marble sculptures that were created centuries ago.
