The 'Arm Use Basin' has been designed as a piece of equipment for the home that will enable those who are differently abled to go about their routine without having to struggle or fumble with a common everyday object.
Featuring wings on either side, the bowl is designed for those who have had one of more of their hands or arms amputated to help them maintain a comfortable hold on the vessel. This enables the bowl to be used for a wide array of different tasks and eliminate any spilling that might otherwise occur due to a lack of control.
The 'Arm Use Basin' is the design work of Zhongyang Zhang and has received an honorable mention from the Red Dot Awards.
