The Apple Arcade Subscription Service Will Launch on September 19th

Apple recently announced that its Apple Arcade subscription service will launch on September 19th and will have a $4.99 per month price point. The Apple Arcade subscription service will come with over 100 game titles that will be exclusive to the platform.
Apple has also announced that it will offer a one month free trial for the service. The service will be available across a number of Apple devices, including the iPhone, Mac computers, as well as Apple TV.
The new information for the gaming subscription service came during a "Special Event" that the company held n the Steve Jobs Theater. During the event, the company indicated the release date and price point, and also that Apple Arcade will have its own icon within the app store.
